Niacinamide
Niacinamide is a kind of Vitamin B3 and whitening effect is excellent. It is a whitening functional ingredient approved by the Ministry of Food and Drug Administration. It shows improvement of skin tone and inhibition of trouble occurrence whitening effect. It shows the effect of improving skin barrier. It blocks the pathway of melanin to the surface of the skin, so it prevents the skin from becoming dark when applied to areas where scars or stain marks are likely to occur or areas exposed to ultraviolet light.
Phenylethyl Resorcinol
Phenylethyl Resorcinol is also known as SymWhite 377 and was developed by Symrise researchers to serve as a lightening and brightening ingredient in skin care products, hair lightening products, and cosmetics. It is an antioxidant that is considered effective in influencing the formation of pigmentation, and therefore able to lighten the skin, according to research. It is a synthetic compound that is partially derived from natural lightening compounds found in scotch pine bark, and is considered a reliable whitening agent.
Alpha Arbutin
Arbutin Arbutin is a glycoside; a glycosylated hydroquinone extracted from the bearberry plant in the genus Arctostaphylos among many other medicinal plants, primarily in the family Ericaceae. Applied topically, it inhibits tyrosinase and thus prevents the formation of melanin. Arbutin is therefore used as a skin-lightening agent. Very tiny amounts of arbutin are found in wheat, pear skins, and some other foods. It is also found in Bergenia crassifolia. Arbutin was also produced by an in vitro culture of Schisandra chinensis.
Glutathione 1,000ppm
Glutathione is an antioxidant naturally found in human cells that neutralizes free radicals, boosts the immune system and detoxifies the body. It can also cause skin lightening by converting melanin to a lighter color and deactivating the enzyme tyrosinase, which helps produce the pigment.
Pearl Extract
Pearl Extract consists of freshwater pearls and mineral salts. Cosmetically, this product is used in moisturizers, lotions, shower gels and facial masks, sun and after sun care, anti-ageing care, fortifying hair care and lip care. It provides anti-inflammatory, stimulating, moisturizing, anti-bacterial and detoxifying properties. Pearl Extract is obtained by a special solubilisation of refined high quality freshwater pearl powder in a sea mineral water basis. Pearls consist of aragonite (CaCO3) and traces of conchiolin, a silk-fibroin like compound.
