 Hypoallergenic and mild essence with a low pH of 5.5 contains Niosome Panthenol to enhance skin’s absorption power and moisture, and strengthen the skin barrier for a smooth finish. It also contains madecassoside and ceramide for skin-soothing effects and long-lasting moisture.
