Dinto's Blur-Glowy Lip Tint is designed to present a most pleasant amount of moisture on the lips to express a glossy effect with the absence of stickiness.

Dinto's Blur-Glowy Lip Tint has texture that adds depth as layers are applied but maintains a sense of transparent cleanness along with light and comfortable feeling on the lips.

The formula used is focused on maintaining the color balance of before and after coloring to maintain the original color of the tint.
