For online orders using delivery, only bank transfer is accepted. Cash is not accepted for deliveries.

Pick-up & Delivery

All orders made online can be collected immediately at our Menglait Branch only.

Please mention your Order # to the Cashier.

For addresses within Brunei-Muara District, orders will be delivered next day usually.

For Tutong and Belait District addresses, deliveries will be made within next 1-3 days.

Yes. We can amend your delivery address provided that your order have not left our store for delivery.

We accept changes if your order have not left our store for delivery.

If you have received the product and wishes to change it, we offer exchanges for unopened and unused product within 2 days after you received your product. Product must be sealed in its original form.

Please WhatsApp us immediately for these arrangements.

Yes. Please place a new order and inform us the new Order No. at our WhatsApp. We will combine the orders.

For multiple orders using delivery, the delivery will only be charged once.

Products

All our products are guaranteed authentic and original. We do not sell fake products that imitate or copy the originals.

All products have obtained valid approval from Brunei Ministry of Health.

Products listed under 'Clearance' are unopened new items which may fall under any of the following:

- ​Price reduced to clear.

- Minor damages on packaging.

- Discoloration on packaging due to previously displayed.

- Expiry date is near.  The expiry date is specified under product description.

- Slight spillage during transportation.

All items are guaranteed unused and unopened.​

Results vary depending on skin condition. 

We cannot guarantee all products work as advertised, as skin condition differ individually.

As with any other skincare/cosmetics products, we recommend patch testing on skin before applying.

Should you encounter any redness or allergy reaction, stop using it immediately.

You can opt to receive an automated email once the product is back in stock through the following steps:

Navigate to the product page, then please enter your email address at the empty field below "Notify me when this product is available".

Products which are in-stock can be purchased directly from this website.

For products which are out of stock, please enter your email address in the product page and you will be notified once the product is back in-stock.

Generally, we do not take reservations.

If we do not carry the product that you want, kindly please WhatsApp us and we may consider it as part of upcoming product range.

Returns & Cancellations

We may issue you a full refund within two (2) daysafter you have received the item.  The product must be unused/unopened and sealed in its original form.  The item shall be delivered to our retail store at your own cost, unless it is our error, for example: wrong product delivered.  We will returned the monies to you via cash or to your bank account upon receiving the product.

Please let us know immediately should you wish to cancel any order which you already made.
