Lightweight yet moisturizing toner boasts a skin-friendly formula with a low pH of 5.5 and is infused with coolin (mushroom extract), adenosine and tocopherol, which all help to prevent aging. Toner also contains panthenol to calm skin, niacinamide to brighten complexion, plus green tea, cica, rosemary and heartleaf extracts to soothe skin.
