REAL BARRIER - Extreme Essence Toner

A unique combination of a lightweight, milky toner with the additional benefits of an essence.

It provides intense moisture and nutrition for dry skin. And, it helps protect the skin barrier by its’ hydrating and nourishing functions. It serves a dual purpose.

The MLE ® skin barrier formula aids in creating a protective layer on the surface of the skin. It also controls the amount of moisture in the skin leaving it looking dewy and healthy.

How to use:

Can be used in the morning and in the evening.  After cleansing, pat face dry.  Soak a cotton pad with the toner and press gently on the skin until the toner has been absorbed.  Follow with a favorite moisturizer for daytime or a night cream before bedtime.
