SEAPURI - Lashrum Eyelash Enhancing Serum

Formulated with kelp extract, biotin and two types of peptides, this serum promotes lash growth and strength. The gentle formula minimizes eye irritation. Use the felt tip to apply on hair roots as desired, and then spread evenly with the spoolie brush.

How to Use:

1. For eyelash care, apply a moderate amount to the upper and lower lashes using the snall ball tip and screw brush.

2. For eyebrow care, apply an appropriate amount along the direction of your eyebrows using the snall ball tip and the screw brush.
