How to Use:

1. Apply with a tool of choice on a clean or primed eyelid.
2. Apply all over the lid with a light base color.
3. Darken the outer lid area with darker shade to deepen the color.
4. Use a highlight glitter shade on the inner corner and middle portion of the eye.
